This site ay hindi isang daan para mag protesta. The word ‘complain’ or reklamo has unjustly acquired negative and unpleasant connotations at natakpan ang kanyang tunay na meaning and power.
Ang reklamo ay hindi moaning and grumbling tulad ng isang spoiled na bata o kaya irritating and futile indulgence of bad-tempered people with nothing better to do.
Ang mag reklamo is to assert one’s rights; to stand up for one’s self and para hindi ina-abuso.
Gusto lang natin magkaroon ng positibong action sa isang sistema na mayroon kapalpakan o diperensya.
Gusto lang natin makatulong ma improve ang paligid natin, maka share ng aral, at maka tulong sa ibang tao na magbigay ng solution sa isang reklamo.
